TIMBERLAKE RANCH
---
The ranch offers many extras....Great walking, running, biking, and horseback riding throughout the ranch and along the equestrian easements surrounding the ranch. Cibola National Forest is adjacent to the ranch where one can explore and experience freedom of space by hiking, and riding.
Each land owner has a key to the two private entrances to Ramah Lake, a 80 year old body of water between one and two miles in length cradled in a beautiful canyon of sandstone cliffs. The old original adobe and rock ranch house could be available for gatherings and parties when properly requested through the Association. There is a bath house with a phone, a boat ramp is also available, the lake is stocked with trout and bass, and fishing requires a state fishing license. This is a wakeless lake for all water craft, so kayaks and canoes are commonly seen on the lake. click for pictures
There are covenants and restrictions for the landowners, and annual Timberlake Ranch Landowner's Association dues. The ranch has a website full of information and pictures, so you can keep up with the news of all the communities.
