After 16 years experience as an agent with another broker, Anita Davis became owner/qualifying broker of Davis Realty in 1998. In June 2007, an associate broker, Nancy Dobbs, joined Davis Realty, and has become the primary broker in the business. In July of 2010 Nancy moved on to become an associate broker with Sandia Peak Realty.

Real Estate Association of New Mexico (RANM) and National Association of Realtors (NAR) of which a social responsibility and patriotic duty are imposed by the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. Real Estate professionals in New Mexico are bound by continued educational requirements for license renewal.

Anita was born and raised in the area that we sell in, has hiked and studied it extensively, and is intimately familiar with the vicinity. She has worked with all types of land in the past 25 years. After 27 years in real estate on December 31st 2010, Anita will put her license on inactive status. The license can be reactivated at any time and the real estate business may then continue. Anita has become busy with the cattle business. Working with Nancy has been a pleasure, and we have worked out an agreement so that all the customers are being cared for.
